Game play is set in a sci-fi future (presumably around the year 3000). The HUD is available in Standard and Compact versions. They operate identically and provide access to all elements of the game. There is no equivalent to the Tiny Empires Federation HUD in Tiny Empires 3000. A Tiny Empires 3000 Companion is also available which provides assistance with looking up names, guilds, gossip/news and identifying nearby avatars who are Tiny Empires 3000 players. Although an Achievements & Bookkeeping add-on for Tiny Empires has been released which enables additional information presented in the Accts tab it currently does not look like there are any plans to do the same for Tiny Empires 3000.
