"Fame and fortune follow thee but first begin with amity." - still haven't figured this out. I thought it would be giving an acre, but I haven't gotten any chances to donate since paying the gypsy. {{EDIT--> I think this is forming an alliance with someone or building embassy}}

Got this one recently myself, more than two months after I built my fourth embassy, I havent lost any allies so I dont know if this does apply to forming alliance or building embassy, otherwise Id be after the emperor to do something to correct it giving me a fortune I can not possibly do anything with
